An investigative, Inquiry Approach is used to integrate and explore learning across several areas, particularly Faith, Science and the Humanities.
Inquiry based learning focuses on investigation and problem solving. Teachers tune students into an inquiry by posing a range of questions and problems to be investigated. This learning approach supports students to develop their abilities to think critically and creatively, to ask questions, design investigations and effectively share their findings. Students are also encouraged to identify their own interests and wonderings about topics and then supported to demonstrate learning through teacher guided or individually initiated projects.
